The gadget comes in the clamshell form factor and sports a QWERTY keypad. The device's design is such that it can be more easily taken for a make-up case rather than for a mobile phone. The CLEO is equipped with a 1.3 Mp camera and an LCD screen.

Samsung CLEO will be available in three color choices: pink, blue and yellow. The mobile phone will be distributed by the Bell Canada carrier.
